Office Visit
After a thorough history, we will help you determine what will bring you into balance and good health. Which diet should you follow? What kinds of emotional baggage are you carrying around every day, and what can you do to get rid of it? Are you happy and fulfilled? Together, we will answer each of these questions, and you will find the tools to maintain your mental and emotional health.
For those struggling with chronic disease, we will help you to understand all of the options you have, both conventional and alternative. Sometimes, lifestyle and nutrition are the best ways to address your health, while other conditions require more targeted medical intervention. Whatever the case, having a solid understanding of your choices can make all the difference.
Note: Generally, we do not sell supplements. This makes it easier for us to determine what you are taking and what you really need, without the conflict that can come from selling things. If necessary, we can order supplements for you, however it is our belief that nobody needs to take a lot of supplements daily or forever.
First office visit: $250

Reiki
Dr Diebold is a Reiki Master Teacher, and offers both classes and private Reiki sessions. Please contact us via email for specific information.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses the laying on of hands to heal and balance the body. Reiki energy flows through the hands of the practitioner, addressing imbalances in energy throughout the mind, body, and spirit, leaving the individual feeling grounded, rested, and energetic.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be used for a myriad of conditions, from an adjunct to treating cancer, HIV/AIDS, or other serious disease states to smoking cessation, weight loss, and lowering blood pressure. For some, hypnosis can be the key to relaxation, while for others, this therapy can be useful in unlocking inner growth.
Dr Diebold uses hypnotherapy for a variety of conditions, and sessions are designed specifically for each individual.

A wide variety of group educational products are offered, from workshops for women that include both physical and emotional/spiritual exercises to wellness programs targeted to Human Resource departments. With a master's degree in public health, Dr Diebold also speaks extensively on (and does research in) community building, educational interventions, and health improvement programs.

With a decade of experience in editing papers, reports, articles, and other scholarly and professional writings, we can polish your work while maintaining your own literary voice. Whether you need in-depth edition or simple adherence to style, we have the expertise and knowledge you need.
Editing: $4 per page (250 words)
For presentations, we have the tools, talent, and experience to make your presentation sing! PowerPoint is our specialty.

Transitions
When the end is near, you deserve to know what your choices are, and to be supported in making them yourself, within your own belief system and family. Know what your choices are, and be empowered and supported as you make them. We advocate for the patient, leading each individual through the maze of medical decisions, family dynamics, and final wishes.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a time-honored way of supporting the body using the most natural ways possible. A Naturopathic Doctor will honor the following tenants of Naturopathic medicine, established by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians:
Vis medicatrix naturae - the healing power of nature. Everyone has a natural ability to heal, which can be supported by appropriate care.
Primum non nocere – first do no harm. Every doctor’s oath.
Colle causum – find the cause. Often multi-faceted, the root cause of illness must be uncovered before a person will be returned to health.
Tolle totum – treat the whole person. All factors in a person’s life must be considered.
Docere – doctor as teacher. Knowledge is the key to health.
Prevention is the best cure. Naturopathic doctors are preventative medicine specialists, trained to keep you in top shape!
